That's another run Done! 5.75 miles in exactly one hour this Sunday morning.
I wanted to get in 18.5 miles of running for the week on top of my 16 miles of Cross country skiing. Mission Accomplished!
Here is my weekly workout break down..
Monday- Yoga 1 hour, 1/2 hour cross country ski with Celina.
Tuesday- Yoga 1 hour, Daily planks/ex, Ski 5 miles and 1.5 miles run
Wednesday- Yoga 1 hour, Daily planks/ex,Ski 5 miles
Thursday. - Yoga 1 hour, Daily planks/ex, ski 5 miles
Friday - Yoga 1 hour, Daily planks/ex, Run 6 milesSaturday - Yoga 1 hour, Daily planks/ex, Run 6 miles
Sunday - Yoga 1 hour, Daily planks/ex, Run 6 miles
Six days of daily exercises
7 days of yoga = 7 hours
Diet: 7 days (1400 - 2500 calories)
