Quick Legs

It's a very cold morning... and I needed to move my legs quick to warm up! My first time wearing long running pants.. 

It didn't take much effort to run a 8 some-thing minute miles.. Just two quick miles for this morning. 
It's probably a good plan to just say I'll just two miles a few times a day. It's just a short 17 minutes of my time. Plus, it burns 100 calories per mile I run. 200 calories burned just like that!
I had to go grab my camera.. our tree out front is a bright orange. 
It's time to do our family fall photos this weekend now that the colors are peak!
