Workout Run down... College day trip

How did I do this past week for my weekly Run down of exercise?

Here's the break down..

Total minutes of planks (Monday - Sunday) 42 minutes, or 7 minutes per day with only skipping Monday.
Total minutes of Bridge - 12 minutes
Total days of daily exercises (triceps, twists, planks, bridge) 6 out of the 7 days, Monday- Sunday

Running..
Monday - 1 mile - pavement in the dark (10 minutes)
Tuesday - 4 miles - 3 times around our neighborhood with 3 hill repeats (40 minutes)
Wednesday - no running
Thursday - 3 miles - 2x's around our neighborhood loop with 2 hill repeats (30 minutes)
Friday- 6 miles, trail run (60 minutes)
Saturday - 4 miles, trail run (40 minutes)
Sunday- 6 miles, 4x's around our neighborhood, with 4 hill repeats (60 minutes)

Biking:
Tuesday - dirt road & pavement biking 11 miles (50 minutes)
Wednesday- Mountain biking (60 minutes)

What I need to improve on...
Running 6 miles - 7 days a week (stop cutting back on miles)
Biking 2 or 3 days a week (add one more day a week)
Daily Exercises 7 days a week, (stop skipping Monday)
Resistance training - lifting weights 3 days a week. (go to Fitness 19, three times for 30 minutes)

I'll be adding in soccer speed soon 4 times a month. Plus, x-skiing when we get snow to replace biking.

Diet: A work in progress.. one meal at a time. It's all about choices! healthy ones!

After my trail run on Saturday morning, I made some waffles and Steve cooked up bacon with hash-browns. Not exactly your dieting healthy choice foods but it kept me full for a very long time.
Full until we stopped for a late lunch in Winona at the Boat house on the Mississippi  River front. Fish and chips with fries.
We took a road trip to Winona to check out the college for Celina.
Down town Winona was pretty crappy. Nothing was open and they had zero stores, just tattoo places, bars and abandon buildings. Not a good looking old Main Street town.
We were not impressed by anything in this town. It's a definite NO for Celina going to college here. At least we can cross one off the short list of where she is thinking of going to school. She has a few more years to figure it out and there will be more road trips to visit schools.
Not much fall color to look at either since we headed south for the day.
It was a pretty drive along the river and the other towns we drove through were all cute old towns Red-wing, Lake Pepin/Lake City, Wabasha etc..
