Some of us don't cook

I don't cook, I bake. Dinner is usually left for Steve to cook but when I decide to make something.. it has to be a meal that I make good. Breakfast is one of those meals I can do...and we had breakfast for dinner. Why not eat it all day long? 
 I got this quiche recipe in 7th grade cooking class. It's still the best with a cream cheese/butter crust and I use Jarlsberg Swiss cheese with honey ham. It's quick, easy and super good. Everyone agreed this was the best one yet. I actually pre-cooked the crust to brown it up and that was the trick to make the perfect quiche. 
I have no idea of why I was craving eggs? Leftovers were really good for breakfast too this morning. 
Breakfast for dinner is not complete with out waffles. I got this pancake recipe from that same 7th grade class but I added a tablespoon of vanilla and some sugar to the batter to give it that extra good flavor.  What we don't eat, we feed the birds. 
I can't take any credit for the hash-browns.. other then I was the one to purchase them. Steve cooks them up to a perfect brown on both sides. He makes even better potatoes when he uses fresh potatoes and makes them from scratch. 
This is the kind of meal I make when I'm trying to stay away from sugary snacks. I sneak it in with real maple syrup. 
Because Evan and I were hanging out all afternoon yesterday, I didn't get much done. He was a good help making dinner.
He made sure to keep an eye on me, so some day he can make his Mom & Dad breakfast in bed. I'm sure they will like that.

Paige the Easter bunny.. I can tell Evan and Paige are going to be good friends. Paige just loved sitting next to Evan.. more attention she gets the better.

Suppose I should actually talk about my running off my buns.. Good hard workout today.. Level 3 once again on the treadmill. Felt good not too hard, but hard enough on a 2.9% incline at 6.0mph. While I was on the treadmill.. I got a great idea! Why not run to the gym this afternoon. The weather is suppose to be 43 and sunny. Perfect running temperature. Plus, if I don't do it today.. I can't Thursday-Friday. We are in yet another winter storm warning. Minnesota could see any where from 6" to 2 feet of snow.. that dirty word SNOW... This also give me the chance to try out that new running belt for my cell phone. It doesn't take much for me to get excited about running.. 
Before I can run today. I have an appointment to see a specialist about my darn little toe. I'll spare you the graphic toe photos and all the details,  but I don't have much toe nail left. I'm scared of this appointment because this mean I might not be able to run if it hurts. I don't want any needles, pain or ??? yikes.. my poor little toe.. Wish me lots of luck.. it's painless.. doubtful but ???? 
Day 58 Bikini challenge.. Almost done.. I have a few exercises to finish up.. and I'm also going to start doing planks 2x's in one day. I know CRAZY... I will have to do a whole 4 more minutes every day? Can I do this? I sure hope so!
