Yoga, run, work, nap, TV and sleep

That's the order I do thing every day. Not very exciting but a needed consistent schedule. Now if I could just quit being so tired after working every day. 
I know I'm tired when I don't feel like moving from the couch. I just don't think what I do every day should be exhausting me. 
I've done my hour long yoga, daily plank/exercises, ran 6 miles and now I'm off to work. I have napping to look forward to and a walk with Zoey tonight while Logan is at soccer practice. Guess, I won't be on the couch all afternoon and night.
