7 Miles..

It was my first 7 mile run in ages. Celina joined me for the first half and I ran the rest all the way home. We just ran up to the gym 3.5 miles. 
Along the route there was a 5K for Mental Illness run going on. Good thing the race was just getting going and they didn't start it when we were running the path. 


My feet were really sore by the time I was at mile 6. I had to stop once to just roll my feet and crunch up my toes.  

Finished the 2nd half faster then the first. Exactly what I wanted to do. Running finally felt good to be out there. It was not a struggle!
