5am is the best time of the day

There is something about 5am. I am usually looking at the clock waiting for it to finally be 5am. I spend far too many night hours looking and waiting. 5 am is my quiet time to stretch and relax before starting up my exercise. It's the calm before the day starts. 

I'm taking my run outdoors even if its still in the 30's. The air is a bit chilly, but no wind chill. 
Trail running is my favorite.
