A few days of not being hungry.. and now I'm starving!

How is it that I can not be hungry for two days and then am starving today? 
It it because I look at too much food porn on Pinterest? I saw this cool looking dessert on a FB post and thought, I could make that for a family dinner. It looks like a easy way to make a lemon meringue pie. Crust gram-crackers rolled extra thin, some lemon curd, and meringue pipped out with a pastry tip and then browned under the broiler.  I'm going to have to try copying this dessert. 



I'm trying to keep the calories down while I go about eating today. Soup usually fills me up with the extra liquid and at 60 a serving, 1 can eat 2, 120 calories that's a good low cal lunch with a banana. 
I have a confession, I save all those Box Top labels. I'm not sure what to do with them any more. I use to save these for the kids school but they are no longer in Elementary school and I'm not sure who still collects these other then me. My bag is growing and I need to find someone who needs them. I just can't stop myself from NOT saving any box top I come across. 
It's felt weird to go out in workout clothes all day long when I'm not working out. The weather has been super nice so I've just kind of stayed in my yoga pants and workout shirts all day long. Just in case I decided to run, bike or go for a walk.
Saturday afternoon, we took Zoey to Hastings by the river to the local park. 
We put my bike in the back of the pick up, but I never went for a ride. Some how my energy was just zapped even with an hour long nap. Napping always seems to win out over more exercise lately. I'd like to push past feeling tired but I just can't. 
Just the little bit of time we spent at the park, knocked out Zoey and she was sleeping all the way home. 
I never did any biking this weekend. The temperatures were perfect too, which just makes it all that much  worse that I couldn't just push through being tired. I over did it on our fence, digging those eight holes. Steve actually didn't think I'd do more then two holes and call it quits. I was determined to dig them all out and almost was able to but I came across a big rock in one hole and a large root in another, plus I was exhausted from digging. My arms are a tiny bit sore.. it could be worse if I didn't do all those arm exercises each day. 
I haven't had a chance to bike or run this Monday. I will bike later on tonight. Its still 80*F and there is no reason to not get out and enjoy the night. I need the exercise! The only exercise this morning was taking Evan to the park. We walked to the play ground from the parking lot, and then I pushed him on the swings, and we walked around for a bit. He made a friend at the park and shared his bubbles. All of a sudden he wanted to go back to Nana's house. So off we drove and he was sleeping by the time we were in the driveway. Guess I'm not the only one who needs sleep over more exercise.
