A little more about me...

I'm a mother of 3 wonderful children and have one grand son with another grand baby on the way. I gained 50 pounds in my 30's after having the last 2 kids. I sat on the couch for over 10 years before losing weight. It's been a challenge over the years gaining back some weight, but I've kept up the exercise, re-lost the weight I gained and I've never looked back. My focus is to stay fit, not gain back the weight and keep moving forward, one day at a time. Follow along where I'll be figuring out what works and what doesn't for exercise, weight loss, diet and maintaining all. I do a little of everything run, hike, swim, bike, ski, rock climb.. what ever it takes to make working out fun.
