A bit of a dieting set back on week #16

I started another new week of dieting, week#16!!! I had a bit of a set back on my weight loss. I was thinking I would lose about two pounds per week, but with all my cheat days that didn't happen. Once again, I have to re-adjust my actual weight and then figure if I stick with my diet ,it's more like 1.5 pounds of weight loss per week. A little down from what I was counting on! 158 pounds, down 25 pounds. 
I finished today's home project


Spray paint all the handles on the bedroom dressers and night stand. I did all and our light switch plate in shiny silver.
