Starting over this week on my diet is a good plan! It's week #13. I didn't have the best week for keeping my calories low. I splurged over the weekend and now I need to get back on track.
I had some chocolate silk pie last night after dinner. It tasted sooo good!
I did get out and run on Sunday so that helped with burning some of the calories I ate for dinner . I have to start running a lot more every day and getting out the bike! We are going to get up to 55.
There was zero change in my measurements from last week. No surprise since I only stuck to my diet 4 days. Not a great week!
