And just like that.. the 4th of July weekend is over!

I love the 4th of July! It's my favorite holiday time. The long weekend always goes by far too fast!

 We set up our clamping/gypsy camp for the weekend on the beach at the lake. Steve's parents own the lake lot, but never have used it. We've been the only ones camping on it for 23 years.

We brought up both big pop up tents, had two screen porch tents and had 6 chairs, tables, lights, multiple coolers, 2 large rugs, multiple cooking surfaces, griddle, grill, camp stove. Everything but the kitchen sink! We even bring our own water! 

Nice, not many bugs, but more then last weekend with zero mosquitoes.

Wednesday night we got up to the lake, the neighbor had already taken the camper and moved it to the end of the driveway. Nice! We thought many trees would need to be cut down to move it to the road.  It was a good camper all those years. We just wouldn't be able to fix the damage ourselves. We gave it to a family that was fixing it up for their teenage boys. They already sent photos of the camper in the process of being repaired. 

It's usually super windy at the lake. This weekend was very hot, humid and no wind. 

 Super good fireworks put on my the neighbors. I should have taken more photos, but we had lots of fallout from the fireworks over head. We kind of had to be on high alert incase one shot our way,.
