It's all Down hill...

Burning 400+ Calories today just having fun, down hill skiing.. Now that's what I call a great Monday! 
I do need to brush up on my skiing skills. I'm a bit slow. First time down hill skiing this year so there is always a re-learning curve. 
It's time to warm up with some hot chocolate and then head out to cross country ski or run?
